In a few weeks, we will be unveiling our latest wireless sensing innovation—the G-Link-200. It's a ruggedized high-speed triaxial accelerometer node with ± 2 to ± 8 g measurement range providing high-resolution data with 20-bit A/D converter at noise levels as low as 25 μg/√Hz.

Before its release, however, it has to undergo rigorous testing in a number of environments and situations.

Recently we performed ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) susceptibility testing per CE and DO-160 specs, exposing the PCB and enclosure to 16kV air discharge shocks and also presenting 4kV contact discharge shocks to user points of contact (such as battery terminals and antenna).

As you see, the G-Link-200 performed beautifully, sustaining the discharge shocks without any interruption in operation.

Mission accomplished!
