Williston, Vt. -- Vermont Governor Jim Douglas is unveiling an ambitious plan for using federal stimulus money
to invest in business growth. In a visit to a high-tech firm in Williston (MicroStrain) on Thursday, Douglas described
his vision for a "Smart Vermont", which would see job growth, ubiquitous access to high-speed Internet service, and
ultra-high-speed Internet to schools.
