MicroStrain selected as finalist in Product Design & Development's Tenth Annual Engineering Awards!

A Decade of Design
Now in its tenth year, this annual awards program honors engineers and the products they design. The following pages (see links below) present this year's 40 finalists. Tell us should win the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards. Since 1996, Product Design and Development has lauded 27 winners in our annual engineering awards. This year we celebrate a complete decade of design excellence by asking you to help select the next three engineers or engineering teams to join the list of past award recipients. All it takes is your vote.

Contest Rules
Nominations for our tenth annual awards were accepted through September 17. To be eligible, products, components, systems, materials, and software packages had to available for purchase between September 2003 and August 2004. The contest, open to all design engineers and engineering teams working in the United States, awards three prizes the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards. Winners receive a crystal globe a symbol of how engineering can improve our world. Winners will be be selected by readers. The winners will be announced in March and showcased on our Web site, www.pddnet.com, and in the May issue of Product Design and Development.

How to Vote
To cast your vote, review the 40 finalists shown on the following pages and choose the three that you believe are the most innovative, creative, and useful. Then place a check mark in the corresponding boxes for gold, silver, and bronze on the official mail-in ballot card. Mail the ballot to us for arrival no later than January 21. Sorry, no faxes or copies of the ballot will be accepted. Be sure to include you name, address, and telephone number. Only ballots with names and addresses will be accepted, and all ballots will be verified before tabulation.
