The Inertia-Link™ wireless inertial sensor is 44 by 58 by 21 mm, weighs 45 grams without
battery, and includes 3 orthogonal rate gyroscopes, 3 orthogonal accelerometers, a
microprocessor, data logger, and RF transceiver. Communications options include wireless
IEEE 802.15.4, USB, RS-232/485, and CAN bus. The device features user-adjustable
sampling rates, digital data output modes, +/-1200 deg/sec and +/-10 G programmable F.S. ranges,
and a 70 meter LOS wireless communications range. Applications include camera and antenna
stabilization, yaw and roll control for vehicles, unmanned vehicle navigation, and
wearable inertial sensing.
