Wireless Sensing Nodes from MicroStrain

Agile-Link™ wireless data logging transceivers from MicroStrain, Inc., Williston, VT,
communicate over the 2.4 GHz radio band and comply with the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard.
The nodes are ZigBee-ready and use frequency-agile DSSS to form robust wireless links. The
wireless transceivers include G-Link® MEMS triaxial accelerometers, V-Link® voltage sensors,
SG-Link® strain gauges, and TC-link® thermocouples. The transceivers have a 70 m LOS
communication range, a programmable update and logging sample rates, 2 MB of flash memory,
and use an integrated Li rechargeable battery.
