Sr. Customer Service Coordinator is an extension of the Customer Support Center and supports Customer Service in a non-administrative capacity. The incumbent will interact with internal customers and follow all order entry and credit process procedures to support customer requirements. Incumbent will provide support to Customer Service for the tactical functions of managing customers; including but not limited to: timely review and accurate entry of customer orders and quotes, execution of the dispute management process (debits/credits), maintenance and modification of existing orders, administration of the customer portal/websites as required.
He/she is responsible for providing timely response to customer requests for information and order status; effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers; preparation of Master Data documentation for new and existing customer accounts; review and entry of customer orders per LORD procedures; providing order status to customers; updating existing customer orders; preparing quotations; administration of customer websites/portals; addition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer information in Enterprise Resource Planning software systems (SAP and Dynamics); use of software systems to follow up and track activities; participation in Process Improvement Teams. Incumbent may be required to create reports, develop Work Instructions, and participate in projects as requested. Direct interaction with external customers is limited.

HS Diploma/GED with 3-5 years relevant experience or Associates degree with 1+ year relevant experience. Experience in a customer facing role (e.g. customer service, help desk, etc.). Proficient use of Microsoft office (typing skills required). Timely and accurate data input requirements. Ability to analyze situations, make solid decisions and work independently within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations appropriately and professionally with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Proven multi-tasking and time management skills. Strong customer service, organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Excellent active listening skills paired with the ability to be clear and concise, ask relevant questions, and apply logic and deductive reasoning to deal with technical and non-technical customers. Ability to grasp product technology.
